  1. a There are 3 Levels
    Level 1) Are completely new to eating well. High body fat%; Poor kitchen setup/grocery shopping habits; little knowledge of correct food type, timing and amt.
    Level 2) Have a basic understanding but need guidance. Moderate body fat%; average kitchen/grocery habits; above-avg knowledge of correct food type but average to below of food amount/timing.
    Level 3) Eat the right foods in the right amounts at the right times. These individuals are already lean yet want to optimize and refine nutritional strategies.
  2. b Assessments collect baseline information that helps plan the initial program. The assessment collects baseline information for future comparison, to measure progress.
  3. c They may likely eat out a lot, buy few natural foods and/or are inconsistent with their intake. Eating at restaurants often, they may not be very good cooks, no consistent meal pattern and poor choices.
